We hire recent high school graduates who crushed ACT Math to tutor the next class of students — on your schedule, around your classes.
Why tutor with us
You tell us when you're available, and sessions get scheduled inside those windows. Tutoring fits around your classes and your life — not the other way around.
Our tutors earn about double what the typical college job pays. A 33+ on ACT Math is a rare, valuable skill — we pay for it like one.
Our founder designs every program, matches you with students, and reviews the progress reports. You show up and teach math you're already great at.
Who we're looking for
Parents trust us with their student's score because our tutors have recently done exactly what their student is trying to do.
You took the ACT within the last few years, so the test — and what it feels like to sit it — is still fresh.
A 33 or higher on the math section is our minimum. You'll share your score report as part of your application.
Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, and Precalculus — the exact material the ACT tests and our students study in class.
You show up on time, prepared, and you can explain — not just solve. Students should leave sessions more confident, not more confused.
What happens next
Three steps, and the first one is the form below. Every application is read by our founder personally.
The form below — your ACT scores, your availability, and how you'd explain a concept to a student who's stuck. About 10 minutes.
If it looks like a fit, Jon Jay sets up a short call to talk math, teaching, and schedules. Come ready to teach a short math concept live — that part is the interview.
Jon Jay matches you with a student and hands you the program he's designed. You teach — the rest is handled.

Seven short sections, about ten minutes. Have your ACT scores handy — we ask for your composite and your math subscore.
